How To Configure and Export EMS/BMS With Mitchell Cloud Estimating

To verify or modify EMS path:

1. Sign In Mitchell Connect and open the job you wish to export EMS or BMS.
2. From within the Estimate card in the Job Overview, click to open the estimate.
3. Click either the Estimate or Preview tabs on the left side.
4. From the upper right corner of the screen, click the Export Menu Button.
5. Click Import/Export Settings. 
6. If MDCA installer pops up then install the update.
7. Once the MCDA has finished installing, Click Select Folder for the desired setting.
8. Select the desired path and click OK.
9. Enable checkbox for Auto Export if preferred.
10. Click Save when finished.

To export EMS or BMS files:

1. Sign In Mitchell Connect and open a job you wish to export EMS or BMS.
2. From within the Estimate card in the Job Overview, click to open the estimate.
3. Click either the Estimate or Preview tabs on the left side.
4. From the upper right corner of the screen, click the Export Menu Button.
5. Click Export EMS or Export BMS.  A message will display that the EMS/BMS was exported.
6. When Auto Export is enabled, EMS automatically exports when the estimate is committed.
